The location of the hotel was magnificent, right across street from ocean. The rooms were spotless with a very nice couch, the staff were very good and really kind.

The room was kept clean and available with balconies. Delicious breakfast, best ever had, with yogurt and a bagel, for example. The staff were welcoming and the pool was great.

The views were very limited.

Newly remodelled family-friendly hotel for 3 nights in Pine Knoll Shores. Brand-new and contemporary room provided with a wonderful view and coffee the whole trip, for example. Excellent, stunning location in the very nice area. Good restaurant. Excellent service at all times. Good facilities, parking on the back of the property. Exceptional experience there.

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was brand-new. The breakfast was savoury with different varieties and reasonably priced. The daily service was good. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. This accommodation had an oceanfront setting in the 4 ft area.

I chose Alice for its convenient location near the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, but was pleasantly surprised by the laundry facilities and snack shop. The complimentary hot breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Pricing mix-up rectified swiftly.

The location was particularly good, just off a golf course with the beach across the street-perfect, quiet location. Also, it was 1 mile from Cheesemans Inlet.

Possibly the best and wonderful hotel experience we have had, would stay here again. The staff is very good and understanding, that's an advantage. It has a great location right next to a golf course. And it's nestled in a lovely building short walk to the beautiful beach and the aquarium and fort Macon. The restaurant serves hot local food.

Liked Pine Knoll Shores, the hotel was well-kept directly across the street from the ocean. The room was well-equipped and a nice size, especially the bed was comfortable.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect - it only took us 25 minutes to reach the beautiful POINT at Emerald Isle. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and they had a nice view of the beach across the street. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they even surprised us with a little snack for my birthday! the facilities were excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

All was well, no major complaints.
